Pressure injuries
Bedsores and other pressure-related wounds need a care plan that considers both the wound and your daily circumstances. We provide assessment, wound management, and follow-up.
Your care at Elite Wound Clinic
Start with an
individual evaluation.
Talk about a plan for ongoing wound care. Dr. Montana Cole reviews your wound and relevant medical history, then discusses the options that may fit your circumstances.
Your care plan is based on the evaluation. You’ll have an opportunity to discuss your concerns, understand the next steps, and ask how your progress will be followed.

Pressure injuries, sometimes called bedsores, can develop when sustained pressure damages skin and deeper tissue. Reduced mobility and time spent in a bed or chair can increase the risk.
Tell the care team about your daily mobility, seating, mattress and help available at home. Ask about a pressure-relief plan that fits your needs, how caregivers can support it, and which skin changes should be reported. Dressings are only one part of the conversation.
