We provide specialized wound management and follow-up for burns and skin injuries appropriate for outpatient care. Your evaluation helps determine the appropriate approach.
Your care at Elite Wound Clinic
Start with an
individual evaluation.
Call to discuss an outpatient evaluation. Dr. Montana Cole reviews your wound and relevant medical history, then discusses the options that may fit your circumstances.
Your care plan is based on the evaluation. You’ll have an opportunity to discuss your concerns, understand the next steps, and ask how your progress will be followed.

A burn’s severity depends on its depth, size, location and cause. Serious burns need emergency care. Call 911 for a major burn, a chemical or electrical burn, or suspected smoke inhalation; do not wait for a clinic appointment.
For outpatient follow-up after initial care, bring the date and cause of the injury, discharge instructions and any dressings or medicines prescribed. Our team can discuss whether a clinic evaluation is appropriate for your situation.
Questions to bring
to your appointment.
- Is outpatient wound care appropriate for my injury?
- What will my wound care plan involve?
- When should I return for follow-up?
Help us understand your history.
Bring a medication list, relevant medical records, recent labs or imaging, and information about the care you have already received. Include your photo ID and insurance card.
